The 2019 PRCA Season Has Come To A Close. Who's In? Who's Out? - RopeSmart

It is that time of the year again.

With excitement brewing of roping on the biggest stage in rodeo, some are heading back to the drawing board with broken hearts.

We have two RopeSmart Pro Team Member’s heading out to compete under the bright lights of Las Vegas, but neither are strangers to the arena.

This will be Wesley Thorp’s fourth consecutive NFR qualification. Coming in 10th in the PRCA Heeler standings, Wesley and his partner Cody Snow took some big wins in 2019 which includes; Canby, OR, Coleman, TX , Tri-State Rodeo in Fort Madison, IA , Springhill, LA, Buffalo Stampede in TX, and were co-champions at the Oakley Independence Day Rodeo in UT.

A new name to the RopeSmart Pro Team, Tyler Wade, will be making his third trip to the NFR. Tyler finished up 14th in the PRCA Header standings. Tyler and his partner Billie Jack Saebens secured some big wins as well, including; 101 Wild West Rodeo in OK, the Cowboy Country Fest in OK, and the Rooftop Rodeo in CO. They also split a couple wins in Gooding, ID, Lawton, OK, and Mesquite, TX. Unfortunately, Billie Jack Saebens didn’t make the cut, which means that Tyler will be roping with Cole Davison out in Sin City.
